We understand that birthwork schedules look different for each off us, so we will be running three parallel cohorts

  • Sundays @ 3pm

    This cohort will meet weekly for three weeks on Sunday afternoon - live classes will be the 1, 15, and 22 of May

  • Tuesdays @ 9am

    This cohort will meet weekly for three weeks on Tuesday mornings - live classes will be the 3, 10, and 17 of May

  • Thursdays @ 6pm

    This cohort will meet weekly for three weeks on Thursday evenings - live classes will be the 5, 12, and 19 of May

Mikaela Lynn

Mikaela Johnson Vaal (she/they) is a Perinatal Care Specialist — working with individuals and families navigating reproductive health, fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenting. She specializes in holding space for people as they navigate reproductive health and perinatal care by providing individualized solution focused support and coaching. What this may look like depends on each client’s individual needs and situation - just as no birth is the same, no two clients have the same needs. Mikaela works with clients to pull from their experiences and knowledge, together with her extensive bag of modalities to create a collaborative, trauma-informed care plan to help each family find their own version of success. Mikaela believes strongly that knowledge is power, and supports clients in navigating the healthcare field knowing their options and alternatives so they are better able to advocate for themselves, their bodies, their families, and their choices.
